Job Responsibility

  • Able to handle customer grievances and advise them on what is the best way forward
  • Fill in the necessary reports for each cases and make sure all cases are all up to date
  • Stock check on spare parts and etc
  • Make sure all repair & warranty cases are close properly
  • Take orders from respective superior

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently.
  • Must possess electrical hands on experiences for about 3-5 years
  • Able to do soldering
  • Must possess basic interpersonal skills
  • Must possess own transport
