Job Responsibility
- Able to handle customer grievances and advise them on what is the best way forward
- Fill in the necessary reports for each cases and make sure all cases are all up to date
- Stock check on spare parts and etc
- Make sure all repair & warranty cases are close properly
- Take orders from respective superior
Job Requirements
- Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently.
- Must possess electrical hands on experiences for about 3-5 years
- Able to do soldering
- Must possess basic interpersonal skills
- Must possess own transport
