Position Summary:

Essential Functions

• Provide day-to-day administrative / secretarial support to the Directors, including notetaking, documentation, records management, travel arrangement, and coordination of schedules, appointments, and itineraries.
• Provide periodic updates and inform Directors of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately.
• Support and assist with a variety of complex and confidential matters in operations, business development, marketing, finance and administration.
• Compose and type business correspondences, memo, presentation materials, faxes, minutes of meetings and etc.
• Maintain strict confidentially and interact professionally with both internally and externally.
• To liaise with corporate, government departments, lawyers, suppliers and other related business partners when required.
• To liaise with relevant statutory authorities/associations on licensing/membership matters required for the Group business.
• Assist in admin duties and general operational/office maintenance matters.
• Assist in company’s visitors’ arrangement. Ensure venue set-up is presentable and all other necessary arrangement are in good order and satisfactory.                                                                                                                                                                        • • • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc task and related duties as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Secretarial / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 years secretarial or executive support experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and others.
• Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and consistent.
• Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality and a fast-paces environment.
• Pleasant personality, resourceful person and social etiquette.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
