Essential Functions
• To fly and operate flights using DJI Agricultural Drones. • The focus task is on Palm Oil Plantation, Paddy and other types of crops.
• Understand & ensure the appropriate methods of mixing herbicides, pesticides & insecticides according to the type.
• Before flying make sure to take safety measures and reconnaissance before flying at the spray site.
• Can communicate well with Farm officer.
• Understand & make sure to use the right parameters for the types of sprays according to the crops that have been set.
• Be responsible & understand the process in all work related to drone mapping and agricultural drones.
• Work in a team and adhere to company regulations, safety & health, industry standards and certifications.
• Responsible for ensuring that the company’s UAVs are well maintained and operated with care.
• Report daily tasks & work results directly to the Operations Officer/Operations Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Aviation Management/Engineering/Surveying (any field) with industry recognized Certification and/or training.
• Own a class D & B2 driver’s license.
• Have good mechanical skills, demonstrate UAV technical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Can work in states designated by the company (Perak, Kedah, Selangor)
• Can work with minimal supervision and have own initiative.
• Posses a Basic Drone Operator Training Certificate (RCoC-B) is an advantage
Have 200 flight hours (shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a verified flight log). (One advantage)
