The Job

Your role as a Growth Launcher at Aonic (Formerly Poladrone) is to champion the expansion strategy of Aonic in the region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch launches, from pre-launch planning to post-launch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the branch launch, including timelines, budgets, and resources required.

· Oversee all aspects of the branch launch, including staffing, training, equipment procurement, and facility setup.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures for the new branch, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the new branch and attract new customers.

· Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a successful launch.

· Monitor and track progress of the branch launch, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.

· Conduct regular audits of the branch operations to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to branch staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to meet customer needs.

Desirable Requirements:

· Interest in the agriculture and drone industry.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and cross borders environment.

· Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

· Experience in project management, construction, real estate or a related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

· Ability to travel as needed for the branch launch and ongoing support.
